FAQ & contact Daniel.

The practical answers travelers need before choosing a private Oʻahu tour.

Is the tour completely private?

Yes. The tour is for your group only. You will not be combined with strangers or asked to follow a large bus schedule.

How many guests are included?

The main private-tour options are designed for groups of up to 6. Larger groups are available by request with separate transportation and pricing.

Where do you pick us up?

Pickup is arranged from Waikīkī and many Honolulu-area accommodations. Daniel will confirm the exact location and timing before the tour.

Can you pick us up from a cruise ship?

Yes. Daniel can plan pickup from Honolulu Harbor or Pier 2 and builds a safe return buffer around your ship schedule.

Can we change the itinerary?

Yes. Possible stops are never a rigid script. Daniel adjusts the route for your interests, weather, surf, traffic, reservations and how the group is enjoying the day.

Is the tour good for children or seniors?

Yes. Daniel regularly guides families, seniors and multigenerational groups and can adjust walking, shade, rest stops, food timing and pace.

How much walking is required?

You choose. The day can be planned with very limited walking, easy paths or more active stops. Tell Daniel about mobility needs before booking.

Are food, attraction tickets, parking or gratuity included?

Do not assume they are included. Food and optional attraction admission are generally separate. The booking page and Daniel’s confirmation will identify the current inclusions, taxes and fees for your chosen tour.

Can we bring luggage?

Possibly, but capacity depends on the vehicle, group size and amount of luggage. Confirm the exact luggage plan with Daniel before booking.

What happens if it rains or surf conditions change?

Daniel adapts. Routes and timing may change so your group can use the day well and stay within safe conditions.

Are turtles, waterfalls, swimming, waves or wildlife guaranteed?

No. Wildlife, waterfall flow, surf, swimming access and weather conditions are never guaranteed.

Are tours available in Spanish?

Yes. Daniel offers private tours in natural Spanish as well as English.

What is the cancellation policy?

The current official cancellation and refund policy is linked on the Terms & Cancellation page. Review it before payment and confirm any questions with Daniel.
