REFUND POLICY
We have made the next refund policy, please read it before you make a reservation. The cancellation of a Private Tour will generate fees for us, that is why sadly we can’t give a full refund.
Depending on the date you paid for your tour, it can be reinstate to your credit or debit card. We will send checks for reservations within United States or international wire in case or other countries.

FOR HAWAII ONLY:
Cancellation with 100% refund (excluding processing fees) is possible within the first 48 hours after booking.
If you cancel 30 days before the date of your tour the reimbursement will be 75%.
Starting on day 29th before the date of the tour there will be no refunds.
